“I don’t have time to workout”
It’s one of the most common excuse people come up with for not working out.
But people like our Masters Athlete Michelle Jezycki would tell you that’s not an excuse and you’re more than capable of making time.
Surely you have at least 15 minutes for a power workout right?
Here’s an easy set you can do RIGHT before you jump into the shower every night. It’s a quick workout that anyone can make time for….and it’s enough to leave you winded at the end!
-Max reps of pushups
-10 Sit-ups, 30-second Jack Knife, Another 10 Sit-Ups then a 30 Second Jack Knife
-20 Jumping Squats
-80 Jumping Jacks
-60 Second Wall Squat
Do 3 sets of this. It’s a GREAT way to get some kind of workout in even if you don’t have time!
And REMEMBER to have GOOD FORM! Quality over Quantity.
